Vocalist of As I Lay Dying get 6 Years for Wife’s Murder Plot

As has been previously rumored over the crimes of Timothy Lambesis , finally last Friday ( 16/5 ) local San Diego Superior court passing sentence Judge Carlos Armour set 6 years in prison without probation on ex- vocalist of As I Lay Dying.

Lambesis was found guilty after trying to kill his ex-wife with the help of an assassin . Unfortunately for Lambesis , hired killer turned out to be an undercover detective .
Previous Lambesis has been detained 48 days in February before the decision was read , and still no objection memorandum lawyer during the trial , which means the judge could have sentenced him to a maximum of 9 years in prison plus four years of parole in accordance with applicable laws in the country .
In addition , the judge also decided to provide protection for 10 years at Lambesis’s ex-wife , Meggan , and the child of their adoption . The decision was made after hearing additional demand Meggan ‘s father , Mike Murphy is still traumatized by the assassination attempt on his son. According to him , the prison is just a good alibi for someone who wants to finish the deed . Moreover, he thinks Tim Lambesis not regret about the murder plan but wished he was caugh. (Azh/SoS)
